Can I pay per proposal?
Yes, on the consultant/agency track. Pay-per-proposal is $350 per generation with no subscription — ideal if you bill proposals straight through to your clients. In-house teams use the monthly Growth and Enterprise plans.
What's the difference between the Agency plan and Managed Capture?
On the Agency / Practice plan, you write for your own clients using separated client workspaces. Managed Capture is the reverse: a dedicated IntentBid specialist writes proposals for you.
What is Growth?
Growth is the base monthly plan for repeat proposal teams. It includes 100 runs per month, richer exports, team workflow controls, shared knowledge support, and stronger review tooling.
What happens if I exceed the included runs?
For the first subscription launch, we will handle volume expansion directly instead of exposing overage billing. Usage-based expansion can be added when pay-per-proposal is ready.
What is Enterprise?
Enterprise adds advanced intelligence, rollout controls, deeper support, and operating-room visibility for larger proposal teams.
How does annual pricing work?
Annual billing is not part of the first self-serve launch. We are starting with monthly subscriptions and can add annual contracts later.
Where do document requests fit?
Structured document requests are handled in Enterprise conversations when a pursuit needs additional public context.
When will self-serve checkout be available?
Checkout is available inside the authenticated app for organization admins from Settings. Public visitors should request access first so an account and organization can be created.
